常见问题
关于圣丰佛像的常见问题解答:尺寸、材质、定制、交期、运输、付款与养护。
订购与定制
Do you make statues to my own design?
Yes. Custom commissions are a core part of our business. Send us drawings, dimensions, reference photographs or the iconographic programme you need, and we will confirm feasibility, production time and price before starting.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum for single devotional figures. For trade and wholesale pricing, larger quantities are quoted case by case — contact us with the figures and sizes you need.
How long does production take?
Small and mid-size figures are typically several weeks; large temple-scale commissions run longer because of the modelling, casting and finishing stages. We give you a production estimate with your quotation, and we will tell you if anything changes it.
What materials do you work in?
Primarily brass and bronze, with wood and resin options for certain projects. Finishes include polished metal, natural patina, full polychrome painting, gilding and gem inlay.
价格、付款与交付
Why are prices shown in three currencies?
Because we work with clients in Southeast Asia, Greater China and further afield, prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit, Chinese Yuan and US Dollars for reference. The invoiced currency is confirmed on your order confirmation, since exchange rates move.
Is shipping included in the price?
No. Listed prices cover the statue only. International freight, destination duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are separate, and we quote delivery after your address is confirmed.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Once you approve the finished piece and the order is confirmed, we issue an invoice with payment instructions. Staged payments can be agreed for large projects.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship internationally, with statues packed in custom foam and, for larger pieces, timber crating. We coordinate with your customs broker where you have one.
保真与养护
Are your statues antique?
No. All Shengfeng figures are newly made in our own workshop. Where a piece is made in a historical style, the product page says so explicitly — we never describe new work as antique.
Will my statue look exactly like the photograph?
For made-to-order pieces with hand painting or inlay, expect slight variation — that is a property of hand work, not a defect. We photograph your actual piece before packing and send the images for approval.
How should I clean a polychrome or gilded statue?
Use a soft dry brush only. Do not use water, alcohol or household cleaners on pigment or gold leaf, and keep the figure out of direct sunlight and away from air-conditioning outlets.
