Shipping, Packing and Customs
How Shengfeng statues are packed and shipped worldwide, what shipping costs exclude, and how import duties and customs clearance are handled.
What the listed price includes
Prices shown for each statue cover the figure itself. They do not include international shipping, destination import duties, taxes, or customs-clearance charges.
We quote delivery separately once the destination address is confirmed, because freight for a large crated statue depends on both weight and volume.
Packing
Figures are wrapped in soft tissue, seated in custom-cut foam, and boxed. Larger and heavier statues are additionally crated in timber with bracing at the base and around projecting elements such as halberds, hands and headdresses.
We photograph the packed crate before dispatch so there is a record of the condition at the point of handover to the carrier.
Duties and customs
Import duties, value-added tax and customs-clearance charges levied at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. Rules differ by country, and for religious articles some destinations apply specific classifications.
We are happy to supply the commercial invoice, packing list, material declaration and any certificate documentation your customs broker needs. If you have a broker, send us their details and we will coordinate with them directly.
